Experience living and working with the sea, the land and the first explorers, the Acadians, and the first people, the Passamaquoddy. Visit the ghost of Pierre Dugas, touch sea creatures in our tide pool, hear an ancient language, visit a woods camp -- all in a century-old riverside railway station within sight of the international border crossing between Calais, Maine, USA, and St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada. Open every day, Memorial Day to Columbus Day. Admission by donation. Guided tours available for groups and schools. Enjoy the abundant treasurers of this special place Way Downeast.
