Visitors will see how this city has a life and a personality unto itself, a pulse which has been reflected over the years in playthings.

Beginning with Memorial Day Weekend, the museum will go to Summer Hours, and will be open from 9 AM to 5 PM seven days a week.

Held at Wheeling Park off US 40.
