Topeka Zoological Park The Topeka Zoological Park occupies a beautiful setting in Gage Park. Intimate views of nearly 400 animals from all over the world add to the reputation of the Topeka Zoo as one of the nation's finest small zoos.

Major exhibits include Hill's Black Bear Woods, Animals and Man (a new Pachyderm Yard), Tropical Rain Forest, Discovering Apes, Lions Pride, Children's Zoo and Playground.

Newer attractions are the outdoor hippo exhibit, a new pool for the zoo's elephants, and the Jungle cats exhibit featuring Sumatran tigers and African black leopards. There are also new exhibits for American golden eagles, bald eagles and grant's zebras.

Randall P's at the Zoo offers a delicious selection of hamburgers, hot dogs, and more. The Gift Shop has loads of animal-themed items for the young and the young at heart with t-shirts, stuffed animals, key chains, plastic toys, boxed & tubed toy sets, posters & postcards, mugs, games, magazines, and so much more!


Admission: Admission is $3 for children 3 to 12 years; $3.50 for seniors 65+; and $4.50 for adults.
