Haviland Heritage Foundation Inc. was established in 2018 to preserve the history and heritage of Haviland, Kansas. A museum dedicated to telling the community's story opened at Heart of America Science Resource Center in Haviland. They are currently accepting donations of memorabilia, photos, and finances to help enhance the project.
