Local History - This mural of Indians encamped along the Neosho River is located on a side building in downtown Oswego. It was painted in 1998 by Joan Allen, Jerg Frogley, and Larry Allen. WPA Mural - The Oswego Post Office lobby, 819 Fourth Street, features a beautifully preserved WPA mural by Robert E. Larter painted in 1940.
