category : Tours
The Historic Albemarle Tour, organized in 1975 as a 50l(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is North Carolina?s oldest organized heritage trail. This self-paced, self-guided driving trail takes the traveler through 400 years of American history, culture and the environment of thirteen northeastern North Carolina counties. With a copy of our brochure and your map in hand, you?ll be on your way to enjoy our traditions, history and culture.
