Strawberry Picking and Farm Heritage Trails. This old grist mill was built in 1757, while North Carolina was still a colony. It has been in continuous operation for over 240 years and is the only water powered grist mill operating in the area. Free tours available. A wide variety of cornmeal products is available by mail order or through the gift shop. Just minutes from I-95 and US Hwy 70.
