Yadkin River Trail

The Yadkin River, which forms part of Rowan County's northeastern border, is a pastoral, scenic river perfect for canoeing and rafting. Floaters on the river can enjoy the unspoiled wildlife and natural vegetation. Boat access area is located on Hannah's Ferry Road off Old Mocksville Rd. Sport fishing and duck hunting are permitted in season with proper licensing. Trail maps are available at the Rowan County Convention & Visitors Bureau.
