The Scandinavian Christmas Fair in Raleigh, NC, is an annual celebration of the rich traditions of the Nordic countries -- Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. This Old World holiday celebration is certain to get you into the spirit of the season.

Join us December 1 for an unforgettable Christmas experience featuring homemade Scandinavian food, live music, authentic folk dancing, children’s activities, Nordic crafts and imported items, a presentation of national costumes from the Nordic countries and, of course, a stunning traditional Lucia Procession! Also, the acclaimed “Vasa Drängar” Swedish Men’s Choir of Atlanta will perform a program of Scandinavian Christmas songs.

This year marks the 16th anniversary of the Scandinavian Christmas Fair. Held annually on the first Saturday in December, the fair has become a family holiday tradition for people from Scandinavia and of Scandinavian descent as well as many Americans that want to experience the magic of Christmas in the Nordic countries.

The Scandinavian Christmas Fair is sponsored by the Carl Larsson Lodge of the Vasa Order of America and SWEA, the Swedish Women’s Educational Association.
