John Falter Park is a memorial saluting former Falls City artist, John Falter, who acquired fame as an illustrator for the Saturday Evening Post magazine.


This is the site where Falls City's municipal water tower once stood, which was featured on several of his Saturday Evening Post covers.

Veteran's Memorial Monument

The Veteran's Memorial Monument is located on the southeast side of the courthouse lawn, and is a tribute to Richardson County men who were killed in World War II, the Korean Conflict, and the Vietnam War.
