Cabela's

category : Sporting Venues
Cabela's Cabela's oldest existing retail showroom, the 17,000-square-foot Kearney, Nebraska store, is filled with all the quality outdoor gear you expect from the World's Foremost Outfitter. Plus, it features incredible trophy animal mounts, educational dioramas and a large aquarium filled with fish native to Nebraska.

See trophy game animals in lifelike settings and realistic interaction - a trophy mule deer flees the attack of a mountain lion as ringneck pheasants flush wildly nearby. You'll find one of the most impressive trophy collections of deer, elk, moose, bobcats, cougars, and fish west of the Smithsonian. Dedicated to the millions of sportsmen and women for their hard work and financial support of wildlife and wildlife habitat, the mounts are just one of the ways Cabela's pays tribute to the conservation efforts of its customers.

Cabela's Kearney facility hosts several annual events designed to give back to the community and the sportsmen and women who have helped make Cabela's a success. It's also the location of our annual outdoor eduction weekend, which gives parents and children a place to learn about hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities in a fun and educational environment.
