Special programs conducted on most Saturdays including guided tours of the research facilities that are conducted on the first Saturday of each month (see Web site for details). Visitors may tour the Visitor Center on their own. The men and women of the NASA John H. Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field have, since 1941, been the pioneers and innovators whose work has expanded horizons and opened frontiers for our explorers in air and space. The Center defines and develops propulsion, power, and communications technologies for NASA's aeronautics and space missions.
