Findley State Park

Findley State Park is located in Lorain Co. near Wellington, 30 miles north of Mansfield. Big trees, green space and a sparkling lake make this a forested oasis amid farmland & cities.



Hike 10 miles of trails and refuel with a picnic at a scenic area offering tables, grills and reservable shelterhouse. Nature programs provide entertainment all summer.



Pick 1 of 272 scenic non-electric campsites. Amenities are showers, flush toilets, laundry facilities and camp store. Pets allowed on designated sites. Enjoy hassle-free camping in a Camper Cabin.



93-acre Findley Lake offers a sand beach. Enjoy laid-back boating, limited to no motors or electric motors only. Boat rental is available with launch ramps providing access to the lake.



Fishing is enjoyed from the shore and the lake. Fly fishing in the creek is also popular. Hunting is permitted at the Wellington Wildlife Area across St. Rt. 58 from the park office.



2006 Camping Fees are $20/night for non-electric sites. Camper Cabin is $45/night. Call 1-866-OHIO-PARKS for reservations.
