The low profile of this design takes advantage of the island's natural contours and dune ridges. The course flows seamlessly through interior forests of hardwoods and palmettos, along backwater lagoons and finally to three spectacular holes along the Atlantic Ocean. Best Hole: No. 15, a 412-yard par-4 with the ocean on the left and a wide fairway narrowing at the green, which is guarded by traps right and a thicket of trees behind.
