The Hilton Head FoodFest is an outdoor festival showcasing Hiton Head Island's most popular restaurants serving samples of their most popular menu items. $2 Admission includes over 23 restaurants, children's activities, local entertainment. Beverages and food available for purchase. Other favorites are The Waiter's Race and The Drink Making Contest.
