This festival provides a well-balanced day of programming in the performing and visual arts. Paid professional performers and volunteer performers/ artists are selected to provide a wide variety of cultural family entertainment. The festival concentrates on the performance aspects of the Fine Arts. In visual arts, the emphasis is on demonstration of the creative process and techniques. There are special "hands-on" activities for children. Programs are designed to appeal to adults and children.
