Sand Crawl Museum

Named for the Sand Crawl formation south of town, the museum features pictorial representations of the area from Pleistocene river bed to trail for Spanish explorers to settlement, ranching and farming. An outdoor exhibit features windmills, farm equipment and a half-dugout house, along with replicas of the Sand Hills. In Olton Library.


Hours: Hours Open: Mon., Wed., Thurs., Fri. 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1 - 5 p.m.; Tues. noon - 8 p.m.
