Berkeley County Youth Fair

The Berkeley County Youth Fair continues to grow teaching our children about agriculture. The fair is held the first full week of August every year. Youth exhibit displays, livestock auction, carnival, tractor/truck pulls, mini tractor pulls, horse pulls, and tractor driving contests, local dance groups, Wednesday evening concert with a well-known Country artist, bull riding event, demolition derby, and a tea and pageant is held for crowning Miss Berkeley County Youth Fair.

Plus youth events such as the ice-cream eating contest, cow chip bingo, watermelon eating contest, egg toss, donut eating contest, barnyard Olympics and the celbrity milking contest. In addition youths are able to show off their livestock raising abilities with showmanship events scheduled for all types of farm animals.

The Arts Centre - Youth Art Month Exhibit

The Arts Centre is proud to present the artwork of Berkeley County high school students in our Youth Art Month Exhibit. Students from Martinsburg, Musselman and Hedgesville High Schools will exhibit work in all media - including drawing, printing, and sculpture - March 4 through March 30.
