A forest of trees decorated for the holiday season fills the first floor of The Arts Centre's historic home - Martinsburg's (former) Federal Building and Post Office. Local artists, designers, florists, and art enthusiasts lend their talents to transform The Arts Centre into a holiday destination. No admission charge, except for special events during the festival.
