A forest of trees decorated for the holiday season fills the first floor of The Arts Centre's historic home - Martinsburg's (former) Federal Building and Post Office. Local artists, designers, florists, and art enthusiasts lend their talents to transform The Arts Centre into a holiday destination. No admission charge, except for special events during the festival. Open house: Saturday, November 11, 5 to 9 p.m., $5. Full event listing at www.theartcentre.org. Directions from I-81: take exit 13 E., continue on King Street to Maple Avenue. Metered parking available.
