Take I-81 to Route 9 East. Follow Rt. 9 approximately 20 miles into Charles Town. As you enter the Charles Town area, Rt. 9 becomes a 4-lane bypass. Take the “Charles Town/ Harpers Ferry” Exit. At the end of ramp, turn right onto Washington Street. Go past Avanti restaurant on your left. Turn right on George Street at Shu Chen Restaurant and the Courthouse. The OOH is one block away on the corner of Liberty and George.
