Programs for kids are 11:00am - 1:00pm.

Programs for Adults are 2:00pm - 5:00pm.


Please contact the Museum if you would like to attend. Some workshops require participants to brings materials to the museum. A parent or guardian is required to remain at the facility at all times for children involved in kids programs.

The Island Creek Model Railroad Inc., in conjunction with the Museum in the Park, Chief Logan State Park and Christmas in the Park, will display and operating 40 scale model Railroad layout, based on the Southern West Virginia Coal Mining Region.
