Live models in Civil War clothing with narration followed by full buffet tea in the dining room of the Mansion. Mansion and barn are open for tours. Reservations are required. Free parking lot at barn and mansion parking lots.
This is the opening day for the mansion house and barn. The program features crafts that would have been a way of life in 1870 at Adaland and include traditional cooking, weaving, basketmaking, wood working and more. Also, tours of house and barn. "History Alive" presentation included.
