The City of Boley celebrates with the Annual Boley Rodeo and Bar-B-Q Festival where some 30,000 fans come from all over the United States to one of the Nation’s oldest African American rodeos.. The rodeo begins at 8:00 PM nightly with barbecue all day long. Annually, Memorial Day weekend.
