Amish Kitchen Cooking is the taste you will enjoy at this large and beautifully constructed restaurant complex. The ham, roast beef, and broasted chicken, real mashed potatoes, stuffing, large salad bar and fresh baked bread will make your mouth dance. Free rides in a horse-drawn buggy are available on Friday or Saturday evenings. While Amish Kitchen Cooking is the main attraction, the bounty of the country kitchen is enhanced by the genuine hospitality of our staff. We deliver attentive service, good value, and high levels of quality, consistency, and cleanliness every day. An in-house bakery offers homemade noodles, Amish peanut butter spread, apple butter, as well as fresh baked pies, cakes, cookies, doughnuts, and more. Located 15 minutes south of Dayton and NE of Cincinnati on U.S. Route 42 in Warren County, Der Dutchman of Waynesville is an easy drive from Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Springfield. For those who enjoy the delicious food of the Amish/Mennonite tradition, Der Dutchman is a treat. Come gather around our tables soon!
