DYNAMITE GYMNASTICS - Subsidiary of TNT Dance Academy

In our gymnastic classes we master technique for all the events- Floor Exercise, Beam, Uneven Parallel Bars, and Vault- while building strength, confidence and self-esteem.

Class Descriptions:
Pre-school 3-5 years old Beginning 6-8
Co-ed class where children learn all the basics of gymnastics

Beginning 6-8: Co-ed class focusing on the 4 learn all the basics of gymnastic sevents bars, beam, vault, floor.

Developmental 9 and up: Students with 2 or more years of experience.

Cheer Tumbling: Formatted for floor skills incl jumps, stunts, and tumbling.

Instructor Karen Smith, owner of TNT Dance Academy- formerly of Payson, brings over 25 years of coaching experience to the gym. Karen has produced dancers and gymnasts who have achieved professional status from L.A. to New York.

Dynamite Gymnastics believes that through fun, and a nurturing, disciplined atmosphere - all students can achieve their highest expectations and BEYOND!!
