It's been 70 years since Rotary started their Halloween Parade!! 2 Categories: Group & Individual; Prizes for top 5 Arrive at 3:00 p.m. to receive your judging number All participants will walk around the bases of the ball diamond for judging, parents may watch from the bleachers No Pets Rain Location: Marquette Trinity Center Gym Photos of winners published in the Bellevue Herald-Leader Trick 0r Treating 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. **If you want to participate just turn on your porch light!!**

Parade starts at 3:00 p.m. at Cole Park in the Ball Diamond.
Trick-or-treating will start at 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
