All-you-can-eat pancakes. Visit the sugar shack and learn how to make real maple syrup, from collecting the sap to boiling it down into syrup. Delicious maple syrup baked goods. Always the second Saturday and Sunday in March at Hartman Reserve Nature Center. This event is “Reservations Only.”

Ice House Museum
Exhibit shows how ice was harvested from the Cedar River from the late 1800s to early 1900s. Farm machinery, automobiles, and various exhibits show how work was done in that era by man, woman, and horse power. Listed on National Register of Historic Places.
