All-you-can-eat pancakes. Visit the sugar shack and learn how to make real maple syrup, from collecting the sap to boiling it down into syrup. Delicious maple syrup baked goods. Always the second Saturday and Sunday in March at Hartman Reserve Nature Center. This event is “Reservations Only.”
