FIRST Sunday of every month. Join other cyclists for a beautiful morning ride though the spectacular Flint Hills Scenic Byway Region of Kansas. Start in
Cottonwood Falls at the Emma Chase Cafe, begin with breakfast, then ride out in any direction you desire, returning by lunchtime. OR Begin in Cassoday, and ride 27 miles or so into Cottonwood Falls to the Emma Chase Cafe for breakfast; then 23 miles on to Council Grove.....OR Begin in Council Grove and ride to the Emma Chase Cafe in Cottonwood Falls for breakfast; then on to Cassoday. OR start anywhere in the world, ride to the Emma Chase Cafe for breakfast OR lunch and spend the rest of the day exploring the wonderful sites in Chase County! The ride doesn't get any better than Chase County!
