Event Details

This event is sponsored by the Alma Chamber of Commerce. A Muligan, which is similar to a vegetable stew, is a tradition unique to this area. Old timers would get together and bring whatever they had and would put it all together. The concoction would then be cooked in a large pot over an open fire. Everyone wishing to attend is encouraged to bring a saucepan to eat out of. The 5K Walk/Run, taking place in the beautiful Flint Hills, is open to everyone. Free live entertainment is also featured at the mulligan. Come join us for great food and great entertainment
