Nov. 16 will be the dedcation of interpretive site to comemorate Lewis and Clark’s first steps onto Louisiana Purchase; Nov. 19 will be re-enactment of Lewis and Clark’s landing at Bird’s Point at confluence of Mississippi and Ohio rivers with St. Charles re-enactors.
