This is the only Ohio competition sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society. Contestants may compete in any or all six categories, but must enter pork, pork ribs, chicken and brisket to be eligible for grand and reserve prizes and the opportunity to compete at the Jack Daniels Invitational and/or the Kansas City Royale competitions.
