Fire Department Tour Guymon Fire Chief Clark Purdy is proud of his fire fighters and the job they do. He invites you to come by the Guymon Fire Department for a tour anytime. You can take a ride on the fire truck or ambulance, view the equipment, and learn about the work of a fire fighter.

Guymon Wild Game Reserve

Sitting to the north of Thompson Park, across the dam, is the Guymon Game Reserve. Driving up to the reserve fence or sitting on one of the park benches, you may be able to view Aoudad sheep, llamas, buffalo, prairie dogs, African Watusi and Longhorn cattle and elk.
