Event Details

Every year, the Chamber with financial help from other sponsors, provide the community with a fireworks extravaganza. The fireworks are shot from an area on the east side of Scott City and are of such high quality they can be seen from miles away. Scott City native, Ryan Powers is often the “shooter” for this event and he and his “crew” make certain Scott City residents are never disappointed!

The Keystone Gallery is housed in the historic limestone building built in 1917 as a community church. It houses a prehistoric museum with late Cretaceous fossils from the Kansas Niobrara formation, a curio shop, featured artwork by Charles Bonner, and information about Monument Rocks.
