Housed in the 1892 Bank of Hampton Building, with its original bank vault and safe with handpainted doors still intact. The museum provides exhibits of regional Indian lore and collected artifacts, a Hampton Watermelon Festival (1939-present)
Hampton, SC Museums Picnic facilities, a spacious lake for fishing and boating, and a community building are prominent features of Lake Warren State Park. Perhaps the most intriguing aren’t manmade, however.
