1925. 2-story brick building with glazed terra cotta tile front, frieze with applied tile panels and floral details, and urn-topped pilasters dividing facade into three bays. Center bay has tile relief cast of female figure bearing torch and balanced on small globe with ribbon labeled "Spirit of Progress", the Montgomery Ward logo.
