7-11 a.m. - MVFD Pancake Feed, 508 HWY 1 These fine folks will be there when you need them!
7 a.m. - REGISTRATION for 5K Freedom Fun Run/WALK - Age up to 5, free; 6-18, $15; 19-55, $25; over 56, $20.
Medals awarded for winners of each age group and gender
8 a.m.-9:30 p.m. - CONCESSIONS Conestoga Boosters/Wrestling Team. Nachos, hot dogs, candy & more to choose from!
8 a.m. - 5K Freedom Run/Walk Starts - On your mark, get set, GO!
8-8:30 a.m. - SMASH-a-CAR! - 5 hits/$3 with a sledgehammer!
9 a.m.-9:30 p.m. - DETONATOR RAFFLE TICKETS - 3/$1 Be at Young Park at 9:45 p.m. for your chance to start the
FIREWORKS show!
9 a.m. - REGISTRATION for the LEGENDARY OOZEBALL (MUD VOLLEYBALL) GAMES! - $10/person. Dbl-elimination;
(under 18 needs parent signature). SHOES REQUIRED, NO flip-flops.
10 a.m. - OOZEBALL GAMES START - Play fair, have fun and good luck keeping ‘clean’!
10 a.m.-2 p.m. - CAR SHOW & SHINE Main St., (HWY 1) at N. Park Ave. to Campbell. Show off your favorite ride!
11 a.m. - GRAND MARSHAL & MISS MURRAY announced at CAR SHOW area.
11 a.m.-4 p.m. - concessions MURRAY CHRISTIAN CHURCH featuring homemade ice cream, walking
tacos, root beer floats, brownie sundaes, pie and more!
2-4 p.m. - OLD TIME GAMES, FACE PAINTING MURRAY CHRISTIAN CHURCH, tug-o-war, water balloons,
3-legged races & more!
2 -5 p.m. - BINGO! Conestoga Elementary, 104 W. High St. Fun for ALL ages!
6 p.m. - PARADE LINE-UP Conestoga Elementary, east parking lot area
6:30 p.m. - FREEDOM PARADE STARTS, at Railroad Ave. on Young St., ending at Young Memorial Park
7 p.m. - MUSIC in the PARK by singer/songwriter, Lucas Minor
8:30 p.m. - EAGLE SCOUT FLAG RETIREMENT CEREMONY Don’t miss this moving event with guest speaker,
3-Star General, (Ret.), Roger Lempke
9:45-10 p.m. - DETONATOR RAFFLE WINNER announced , followed by LINDA GRUNEWALD singing our NATIONAL
ANTHEM, and...........................................FIREWORKS!!!!
