18 Monmouth County SPCA Dog Walk & Pet Fair - The Monmouth County SPCA is leashing up for their Annual Dog Walk & Pet Fair on the campus of Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey. Last year's Walk attracted more than 2,000 people and their pets from all over the tri-state area, and with devoted animal lover and rescue advocate Caroline Manzo from The Real Housewives of New Jersey as the Event Chair, this year's Dog Walk is certain to be bigger than ever! The event will be hosted by long-time supporter Liz Jeressi of 94.3 The Point. Live music and entertainment will be provided by The Wag, complimented by plenty of vendors, exhibitors and bow-wow pet boutiques, food, demonstrations, contests, activities for kids, photo opportunities and much more. Pets available for adoption will also be featured at the event. Register online at and collect pledges from friends and family for your chance to win incredible prizes. This year's Top Fundraiser will have their dog featured as the Honorary Chairdog for the 2011 Dog Walk & Pet Fair! 20 2007 Golf Classic to Benefit 180 Turning Lives Around, Inc. - The 180 Turning Lives Around 2007 Golf Classic will be held on Monday, October 8, 2007 at the Bamm Hollow Country Club, located at 215 Sunnyside Road in Lincroft. The fee is $350 which includes 18 holes of golf or a chance to improve your game by participating in a two-hour clinic with the Pro followed by 9 holes of golf. The player fee also consists of green fees, a golf cart, a player gift, prizes, a luncheon, a cocktail reception, and an awards dinner. All proceeds will benefit 180 Turning Lives Around, an organization dedicated to ending domestic violence, family violence, abuse, and sexual assault in our community.

This benefit is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a great game of golf on a beautiful course with family and friends while supporting an essential service to the community. It offers a day of golf as well as the opportunity to support Monmouth County; which has the 5th highest domestic violence rate in New Jersey.
