Carry in 28 States! Rusty Ramirez, AACFI Instructor will be offering training in the North Dakota, Minnesota and Utah Permit to Carry. Rusty's experience in training includes 30 years as a Firearms Instructor/Rangemaster and Training Specialist in the Use of Force and Crisis Intervention. The Utah Permit to Carry is a non-resident permit that North Dakota and Minnesota residents can obtain which will give them legal carry in over 28 states (including Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota).
