The Roscoe Misselhorn Art Gallery features over 2000 original works of renowned Southern Illinois sketch artist, Roscoe Misslehorn, as well as exhibits by contemporary artists. Misselhorn was a local artist who gained fame through his sketches of Illinois and Missouri historic locations. He was often called the Norman Rockwell of the Midwest.

The building is the GM and O Railroad Depot that was a location for the 1967 movie, "In the Heat of the Night."


Hours: Saturday and Sunday: 1pm-5pm. M-F: By appointment. Closed major holidays.
