Three public parks, a public swimming pool, four baseball/softball/soccer fields, tennis and racketball courts provide recreation for the community. Two campgrounds with pools, cabins and camping facilities are located nearby.

Old Albany Depot

The original depot was moved to Albany from Bern, Kansas in 1965. It was destroyed by fire in 1980 and a new replica was built in 1981. It has been restocked with antique railroad artifacts. There is also a miniature train display. Caboose number 25061 and 25678

Pony Creek Lake

Pony Creek Lake has a surface area of 171 acres and a mean depth of 13.8 feet. It offers fishing, hiking, and hunting. Camping, is allowed in designated areas of the Park. Permit required.
