- Taste Louisiana Cajun & Zydeco Festival brings the food, music and fun of a real Louisiana Festival to the Mid-America with five Cajun and Zydeco bands and a whole company of chefs imported from the bayou state. Two full days of joi de vive include cooking and dance lessons, kids activities and nightly Mardi Gras Madness parties.
