28 July 4th Celebration - We are sad to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel the 2022 Independence Day event. There will be fireworks at dusk July 2.

Live entertainment starting 6:00 pm followed by fireworks on the Mississippi River at Riverfront Park.

21 - 22 Christmas Candlelight Tours - Oldest American city west of Mississippi offering free Candlelight tours in a Victorian Home and a Open House at Museum and One Room School decorated in time periods.

The house will be decorated in lavish Victorian style with hundreds of feet of pine roping and three Christmas trees with ribbons and trimmings � all illuminated by oil lamps and candlelight. Staff in period costume will be on had to answer questions and will serve refreshments. 6 pm to 8:30 pm.
