The Detail Medics Mobile Auto Detailing service is a reliable and customer friendly migrating car wash. We are family owned and operated in the Los Angeles area. The Detail Medics was founded by a young man named Sergio Gutierrez (Owner / Master Detail Technician), who began his career doing car detailing at local dealerships in the Southbay. His passion for cars was his motivation. He loved it so much, he decided to make it his life long career.
