The Cottonwood RV Park is now open and ready to serve you. Providing full service hookups, including free wireless internet service, the Cottonwood RV Park is located next to a full service restaurant, gas stop convenience store, and across from the golf course. Those utilizing the rv park have access to the motel's seasonal heated outdoor pool and the exercise room.

At the same location we have The Cottonwood Inn where we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With several different room options (including ADA compliant rooms), wireless high speed internet, an exercise room, a heated outdoor pool and meeting facilities we have much to offer at very affordable rates.

We are located in Phillipsburg, Kansas on U.S. Highway 36 just west of the U.S. Highway 183 junction.
