Manor House Restaurant at Chetola Resort

The Manor House Restaurant at Chetola Resort is located on the main level of the Bob Timberlake Inn at Chetola Resort. The restored Manor House Estate Home dates back to the mid 19th Century. Guests can dine in one of three historic dining rooms or on the outdoor veranda overlooking the beautiful Chetola Lake. The Manor House Restaurant features unique mountain specialties and traditional continental fare. Our Prix Fixe Menu offers affordable pricing for a three course dinner with a choice of several excellent dishes. Executive Chef Michael Barbato creates his own special blend of herbs and spices using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Barbato is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Favorite dishes include Jack Daniel's Steak, Almond Encrusted Rainbow Trout, and a variety of delicious "made from scratch" desserts. Headwater's Pub offers wines, cocktails, aperitifs, and a pub menu.
