Martial Arts Instruction

Martial Arts Hall of Fame Instructor and professional stunt woman Courtney Faison will be teaching private Martial Arts lessons at the CrossFit Durham training center in Downtown Durham. Classes are open to all ages. This training is excellent for improving fitness level, learning self defense, balance, power, skill and other techniques of the martial arts. Miss Faison has trained in the Martial Arts for over twenty years and holds three black belts and a master belt. Her studies include Chinese Goju Karate, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do and Aikijitsu. She is also a crossfit level I certified trainer. Three sessions for $140.
