Vista del Rio Lodge

Vista del Rio Lodge, is a AAA-approved, 19 unit motel, built in 1995. Our rooms feature handmade southwestern furniture, by local artisan, James Carrillo. Each room has a refrigerator, and coffee maker and a blow dryer. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast of cereal, muffins and juice, which we deliver to your room the night before, from May to October. We offer free Wi-fi and HBO year round. For our business travelers, we can direct bill your company, with written permission. We are smoke free facility. We are 2 miles south of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, and conveniently located to Heron Lake, El Vado Lake and Tierra Wools. We are also a great base location for day trips to Toas, Farmington, Pagosa Springs and Durango. We have ample parking for tractor-trailer rigs, snow mobile trailers, RV's and ATV trailers. We can accommodate our ADA guests, but reservations are required. Pets with permission--a weight limit is imposed, and require crating if left in the room alone. Reservations can be made on line, via our website.
