Walter Hundley has practiced in the area of workers’ compensation for more than thirty years. He has extensive experience in representing the interests of injured workers throughout the state of South Carolina.

Mr. Hundley worked with an insurance defense firm for five years, but has practiced exclusively as a Plaintiff’s attorney for the past twenty-five years. He received his B.A. degree from Clemson University and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Hundley has extensive experience in representing the interests of injured workers throughout the state of South Carolina. Prior to opening his own firm, Walter served as a South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commissioner and Chairman. He is dedicated to helping those injured on the job and utilizes his legal knowledge and skill to provide professional and compassionate representation to each of his clients. Outside of the office, Walter is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on Wadmalaw and Edisto Island.
