Sunrise 365 Healthy Living Inc was founded by Sondra Agusto and was incorporated in September 2010 as a non-profit company. We teach a holistic weight management program that is simplistic and extremely effective at enabling people to reach their optimum weight and improve their health. Both individual and family consultations are provided in our office and via telephone and web conferencing. Food coach services are provided in both the residential and community settings. Also, on our website and through multiple social media networks, we offer ongoing pertinent information that will help encourage and support people on their journey to achieve and maintain healthier lifestyles.
