Annual Loop in Motion Festival
- The event opens with an Art/Gallery Walk featuring exhibitions at 24 locations and dance performances on Friday, from 6 to 9 p.m. On Saturday, the day starts off at Noon with the Loop de Loop parade and continues at 1 p.m. with live music and dance on three stages, children's art activities in the Market in the Loop outdoor area, a dog talent contest and sidewalk activities. The Loop Holiday Walk
- Treat yourself to international shopping and dining experiences during the Loop Holiday Walk from noon to 4 p.m. Santa arrives at noon. Children can have their pictures taken with him at the Tivoli Theatre, 6350 Delmar. Pictures are free with a donation of nonperishable food or personal care item to Operation Food Search, a University City based food pantry. Without food or personal care item, the cost is $1.00, which is donated to the food pantry. After giving Santa their Christmas list, children 12 and younger can go for a ride with him in a horse drawn carriage.
